It was nothing but pure heaven staying at the Swan at Lavenham. The hotel is an old Medieval beamed delight situated in the picture perfect Medieval and Tudor beamed town of Lavenham. I'd never been to either before but mentioning to friends I was jaunting Suffolk-way they were jealous. The Swan is one of those hotels that gets people talking.
