At elegant Chiswick House on Wednesday, 20th July, the Freixenet Alfresco VIP is going to be a garden party to remember. There will be music, sophisticated sparkling cocktails and scrumptious food – all hosted by TV chef and food writer Jo Pratt, who will be giving an interactive food demonstration too. “I’m looking forward to the Freixenet Alfresco VIP already, it’s going to be fantastic,” said Jo Pratt (pictured below). “Dining outdoors is definitely on the up, so I will be showing everyone how to add a little glamour to their outdoor event – not just popping a burger on the barbie! I love everything Mediterranean, and that includes delicious Freixenet Cava from Barcelona. So, we’ll be talking tortillas, tapas, gelato and magdalenas too. I’ll be showing simple ways to create fabulous food to eat outdoors – and enjoying it with a glass of bubbly!”
Guests, at the latest of Freixenet’s pop-up VIP events will, under the expert guidance of Jo Pratt and Freixenet’s Alfresco Experts, learn all the skills they need to put on their own perfect alfresco party, from mixing a sparkling summer cocktail to decorating a dainty cupcake - all while enjoying scrumptious, summer party food and sipping fabulous fizz from the evening’s accessory of choice: a little black bottle of chilled Freixenet Cordon Negro!
